Located above the Gallery at Norton Studio the "Nautically inspired", new apartment has a private entrance to a deck just outside the kitchen. The kitchen is distinguished with beautiful cherry cabinets and a mahogany floor with lively  Victorian Pale Hepplewhite blue walls. It provides a view of the tower on Mt Battie and flows into the living room with TV and DVD which has  beautiful views of sunrises from it's easterly location. The added loft which is easily accessible by a movable ships ladder allows a small space for board games or just to read, and encourages peaceful down time from the busy activities of the day. The glowing peach bath with a corner shower and the bedroom with full size bed and lots of privacy provides a sanctuary of calm with the "sea turtle" green walls.

Just a stones throw from Laite Beach and public park to sunbath or swim or watch the fireworks on July 3rd or Windjammer Weekend. A 1/2 mile walk to town to visit the numerous unique shops and Library with it's Amphitheater and Harbor Park or to sail on one of the Day sailors or Schooners in  an outstanding fleet that makes Camden their homeport. The beautiful homes, interesting views and numerous activities will inspire you to return again and again.  Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, Camden views and visits inspire and renew you.

For the more ambitious the apartment is approximately a mile walk from the famous Aldermere Farm Belted Galloway's. A short drive to the Mt. Battie State park where one can hike or drive to the top for spectacular views of Penobscot Bay, Camden offers a large selection of vacation options with  a small "home town" atmosphere.
