Horace Sawyer Leadbetter, Alfreda Matilda Young (Leadbetter) Unknown child, Ina Young and Netha Young Granddaughters of George Daniel and his second wife Sarah Cecelia. Daughters of Bismark Young, last child born to Sarah.

Don't know if anyone is interested in this information but Elizabeth Ann Harnish is my Maternal
Great Grandmother. She lived in Mill Cove Lun. County Nova Scotia. She was born May 22, 1887. Married to George Young (His third wife). I would like the date of his birth and death and also the name of his first two wives. They had three sons, Jackson, Bismarck, and Jeff. My grandmother
was Alfreda Matilda Young (twin sister to Dora). She was born May 7,1887. She married Horace Sawyer Leadbetter and they resided in Camden, Maine. Any information would be appreciated. I do have the dates of the births of her siblings if anyone would like them. Thank you,

Obituary: Winterport. Oct. 25 Garnett W. Young, 77, died Sunday in a Hampden convalescent home after a long illness. Mr. Young was born May 25, 1882, in Mill Cove, NS. son of George and Eliza (Harnish) Young. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Matilda Leadbetter of Camden, Mrs. Dora Young, living in Texas, Mrs. Elsie Small, Long Island, NY; two brothers, Bernie Young of Camden, Lubin Young, New York City; several grand nephews, grand nieces and cousins. Services will be held from the Foley Funeral Home in Winterport Tuesday afternoon at w o'clock. The Rev. Walter Hartley of Winterport Methodist Episcopal Church will officiate. Burial is to be at Oak Hill Cemetery, Winterport. Friends may call at the above funeral home Monday evening from 7:30 - 8:30.

Obituary: Medway, Oct. 8 Frazer Young, 75 a resident here for 30 years, died at his residence early Thursday morning. Born at Mill Cove, Nova Scotia, November 19, 1883, he was the son of George and Eliza (Harnish) Young. Before his retirement he had been employed in woods operations. Survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Elsie Small of Astoria, NY; Mrs. Dora Haywood of Corpus Christi TX., and Mrs. May Leadbetter of Camden, ME. Two brothers, Lubin Young of Astoria, NY and Bernie Young of Camden. Funeral services will be held at the Reed Funeral Home at Millinocket Saturday morning at 10 O'clock with the Rev. J. A. Bergers of the East Millinocket Church of the Nazarene officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday afternoon and evening. Burial will be in the Stanley lot at the East Millinocket Cemetery.

  Obituary: Bernie Young 73, of Bay Road, died suddenly in Camden Wednesday. He was born at Mill Cove NS March 18, 1891, the son of George and Eliza Harnish Young. He had lived in Camden, Me. for 50 years and had worked on several yachts prior to becoming a lobster fisherman 15 years ago. He was a member of the Lobstermen's Association. He is survived by his widow Mrs. Carin Johansson Young of Camden; one son Robert Eric Young of Rochester, N. H..; one brother, Lubin Young of New York City: three sisters, Mrs. Horace Leadbetter of Camden, Mrs. Dora Hayward of Corpus Christi, TX., and Mrs. Elsie Small of Astoria, Long Island, NY; and six grandchildren. Funeral services at the Laite Funeral Home, Rev. Haig Nargesian officiating.
